Job Description

Make effective visits to the outlets with the ISR and guide him to generate sales.
To train the ISR by working with him in the market and assessing the training needs.
Finding prospective outlets and bringing them to product portfolio after classification etc.
Ensure the effective coverage of the outlets on fortnightly basis and the orders supplied timely and develop new outlets.
Monitoring off take from the outlets and utilize the budgeted activities accordingly.
Assess the consumer behavior and requirements while on call at outlets and assist the consumer for the usage and better results on products.
Maintain the sufficient stock at distributor and guide the distributor to increase his ROI.
Find out prospective distributor for expansion, analyze the same for recommendations.
Develop and maintain relations with all business partners.
Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information , address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals .
