Job Description

1. Executes on business sourcing strategy
  • Identifies an initial pool of candidates for the required positions through recommended source mix via careers page, candidate database, external consultants, social networks & groups, advertising campaigns, employee referrals etc.
2. Initial Candidate Assessment
  • Develops a basic understanding of business and context of the role and reviews candidates profile and suitability for the role, conducts the first round of screening and creates a pool of candidate
3. Supports the Lead with the offer Closure for mid-managerial positions
  • Provide support for reference checks and the offer closure
4. Contributes to the overall Brand
  • Creates a good overall experience for the candidates by providing on-time support and managing all the coordination related to travel and scheduling of interviews of the candidates
5. Supports on all business level recruitment process related capability building initiatives
6. Supports the Recruitment Analytics and data-based decision making
7. Records and manages key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire, quality of hire
  • Manages TA MIS for Management & Internal Reporting
  • Manages the annual recruitment budget
