Job Description

• Responsible for sales & distribution targets and business development in assigned ares.
• Planning and implementation and evaluation of promotional activities.
• Handling different budgets.
• Ensuring internal controls and compliance to company’s policies.
• Handling a sales team and Distributors.
• Responsible for Stock availability in store, Distributors stock control,
• Primary & secondary sale, new product launching, maximize potential outlets in coverage, focus on Volume, Value & GMC etc.
• Focus on trade interventions & inputs specific to outlets.
• Monitoring sales peoples in the market while working with SE/TLs,
• Objective- Training, PMO performance evaluation, Proper scheme communication,
• Trade activation, Planogram execution etc.
• Data analysis.
