â¢ Planning and implementation and evaluation of promotional activities.
â¢ Handling different budgets.
â¢ Ensuring internal controls and compliance to companyâs policies.
â¢ Handling a sales team and Distributors.
â¢ Responsible for Stock availability in store, Distributors stock control,
â¢ Primary & secondary sale, new product launching, maximize potential outlets in coverage, focus on Volume, Value & GMC etc.
â¢ Focus on trade interventions & inputs specific to outlets.
â¢ Monitoring sales peoples in the market while working with SE/TLs,
â¢ Objective- Training, PMO performance evaluation, Proper scheme communication,
â¢ Trade activation, Planogram execution etc.
â¢ Data analysis.
